Introduction of Spinning pump
Spinning pump is an important component of chemical fiber spinning machine, also called metering pump. Accurate measurement of polymer solution or melt it and make it evenly to the nozzle head. Used to control the spinning solution or melt to the flow of spinneret, thus to control the fiber denier. Demand is small in size and structure of precison, sometimes also requires a high temperature. Usually made of stainless steel.
Application of Melt spinning pump
High pressure spinning gear pump is main part of spinning machine, spinning pump is mainly used for transporting the spinning melt to the next spinning machine part equably, and spinning melt will curdle to silk via the spinneret plate.
Batte melt pump is mainly used for transportation, pressurization and metering of high temperature or high viscosity polymer melt. It can be applied in the following scope of field:
