ZB-U系列紡絲泵屬于齒輪形式的計(jì)量泵，是紡絲機(jī)上關(guān)健部件之一，其主共用途是將紡絲熔體均勻、等量地輸送到妨絲組件中，通過噴絲版微孔冷卻凝固成絲。
離壓熔融紡絲計(jì)量泵是由板件、齒輪、軸、傳動(dòng)套、固定套、蓋板等零件組成。泵在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中被輸送被熔體進(jìn)行自身潤(rùn)滑。各種零件之間緊密配合，構(gòu)成機(jī)械密封，可防止熔體滲出外漏。
泵的傳動(dòng)是依靠紡絲機(jī)上專用傳動(dòng)軸接頭與泵的傳動(dòng)套配合而進(jìn)行的。泵的放置方向?yàn)轫槙r(shí)針方向，不得反轉(zhuǎn)。計(jì)量泵出廠前，全部在專用的流量試驗(yàn)機(jī)上檢驗(yàn)合格。為了提高纖維的質(zhì)量，在計(jì)量泵每次裝卸清洗之后，上紡絲機(jī)使用之前必須對(duì)泵進(jìn)行流量測(cè)定并分組。
