ZB-G系列是軸承外置泵適合較惡劣的工況，較傳統(tǒng)熔體泵泵內(nèi)自潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)，外置潤(rùn)滑更能適用于惡劣工況下使用。當(dāng)聚合物里含有較多不可熔物質(zhì)時(shí)，如碳酸鈣粉粒、碳粒、玻纖等，長(zhǎng)時(shí)間高溫下易在潤(rùn)滑流道內(nèi)聚結(jié)，把潤(rùn)滑通路堵住或堵死，一旦潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)行不成通路，齒輪軸和軸套干磨極易抱死，而采用外置潤(rùn)滑型熔體泵這個(gè)問(wèn)題就可迎刃而解了，采用四個(gè)進(jìn)口軸承在泵體外部將主動(dòng)軸和從動(dòng)軸固定，根據(jù)物料的粘度和使用溫度對(duì)熔體泵內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)及密封和配合間隙做相應(yīng)的針對(duì)優(yōu)化。
